The Life I Used To Live
Sometimes when I'm lonely,
I begin to remember the life I lived before,
Where "friends" betray you,
Where people gossip about you,
Where no one wants you,
Were you'll earn nothing,
Because no one truly knows you.
They tell you who to be,
What to say,
And when to speak,
How to act,
Who to talk to.
They dictate your life.
"Enough,"
I said,
And I still refuse to go back,
To the life I used to live.
