Calm Twilight

In the embrace of twilight,
hints of the day's end,
Calm prevails.
Under the gentle glow,
The palette of nature is vast.
Using color to paint dreams.
sounds of rustling leaves,
A melody in dusk,
plays to the rising of the moon.
Shadows become longer.
Stars can be seen peeking through the curtain.
assisting those who are lost.
In this serene space,
Where time becomes soft hums,
Calm settles down to live.
But night is transient.
The quiet is soon broken by the brightness of dawn.
A blank canvas for a new day.
