O White Tiger, carnivorous predator,
Roaming foreign lands,
You both amaze and frighten.
Your feline innocence masks your predatory nature.
You stalk your prey, the essence of your existence.
Often misunderstood,
Your defiant roar contradicts your captivating eyes.
Your white, muscular form, although menacing,
Is extremely rare and intriguing.
The ground is your preference for the hunt,
But a tree or a lake presents no obstacle.
An anomaly among your kind,
You dominate your kingdom.
White Tiger, you mesmerize all your subjects.

This poem represents the essence of a white tiger. An beautiful but endangered species, white tigers provide a sense of serenity in a predatorial mammal. I wrote this poem after observing white tigers in the Greenville Zoo in South Carolina, if I remember correctly. I was captivated by the elegance with which they walk, and they just seemed very lovely. I am an animal lover, and I do not completely agree with the capturing of animals; however, this mammal, as it is endangered needs to be protected.

Thank you so much! I love the white tiger. It's just so magnificent and serene and beautiful. I'm very disappointed that they are an endangered species because it is such a beautiful animal.

The White Tiger is my favorite animal, so kudos for writing about them! It is very sad how endangered they are, but by you writing a poem about their magnificence, it raises awareness about their existence, and may help to save them ^.^ Good job, and keep writing!
