He Hits Her
I hear him hit her;
I hear her scream.
I turn my music up louder;
‘cause, I can’t do a thing.
I hate to listen;
I hate to see.
My lungs will fill with anger
If it happens in front of me.
I can’t stand the sound,
I can’t stand your voice.
She doesn’t want you;
just give her a choice.
