The room
Standing all alone
In an empty room
guards at every exit
Still wanna get out
After all these years
I can't add any time
To my life wasted
Standing in a room
wanting guards to move
Just to see some sunlight
The longer it takes
The longer I'll have to wait
And I guess I could
So why even try
Musket in my hand
No way to get out
unless I choose to shoot
My only plan shoot a man
Well damn
I missed now guards are coming
It's gonna be a fist fight and I have to win
Knock him cold and then leap for the exit
Swing left uppercut
Use your knee to make bust his guts
I knocked out his teeth
And now, I'm ready, to leave

It is is a song I wrote when I was writing a musical about an immortal war criminal who got locked in a cage or something like that.
