Someday I'll Find You
You’re so far away
Yet I see you everyday
I say I love you, but you’ll never ever hear me
Every word I say
You won’t hear, but I pray
Someday I’ll find you, even in my dreams.
Some might say I’m insane
That my love is all in vain
But it’s not something I can just walk away from
Ten million walls in between
I’ll always be unseen
Someday I’ll find you, even in my dreams.
You’re so far, yet so near
So hazy, yet so clear
You’ve found someone, but where is mine?
Wish I could tell you
But chances are just so few
Someday I’ll find you, even in my dreams.
Every time I look
I just feel so overlooked
Knowing that you’ll never hear me laughing
You’re the perfect one for me
I say this, but you don’t see
Someday I’ll find you, even in my dreams.

A lot of people - especially girls, I suppose - can relate to having a fictional crush. Fictional crushes can really be anyone - a character in a book, a movie, a TV show, etc. I haven't lived a very long life (so far), but I've had my share of fictional crushes. This song is about that feeling - falling in love with someone who'll never love you back, because, well... they don't exist. :)
