Know What You Are
The demons we meet,
Reflect our inner most deceit,
Creating worlds blurry and very real,
Keeping us from the truth,
And making us never feel,
He entered us and we didn't listen,
He gave us ears yet we never hear,
He gave us eyes yet we are blind,
Stummbling through our darkened heart,
In the horrors we've created,
Listen and you will hear,
His pleading love for you to come near,
He's come yet we don't undrestand,
Walking blindly in the world we've created,
Lost in our troubled mind,
We have both good and evil,
For the heart has right and ill,
You know what you are.
Deep down in your pit,
You know what you are,
You can change it,
Have mercy on me a sinner,
Connect my ways and make me right,
You see my inner deoms,
Only you can bring me to life,
Listen and you will hear,
His pleading love for you to come near,
He's come yet we don't undrestand,
Walking blindly in the world we've created,
Lost in our troubled mind,
