Where Is He Now?
The walls are pressing down on me.
I'm trapped in my own head,
So tight for air I can hardly breathe,
Thinking about what was done and said,
You lied, and took advantage of me,
It'd be crazy for you to think you'll ever rise above me.
Everything's tumbling down,
Pieces scattered all around,
Trying with all that I am,
To show you that I can,
But I can't make it off the ground,
Wondering 'where is he now?'
I just can't shake the feeling,
Of the thought of you coming back,
It just seems crazy that you tricked me into believing
That you were everything I lacked,
You're done, the jig's up,
I'm sick of you and your games, enough is enough.
Everything's tumbling down,
Pieces scattered all around,
Trying with all my strength,
To figure out your focal length,
But I can't make it off the ground,
Wondering 'where is he now?'
If this is what you aimed for,
Please, take your final bow,
You've got me laying on the floor,
Wondering 'where is he now'?
