New Beginning
[Intro]
No one can do things on there own
Everyone needs a little help
There are so many hardships and so many mistakes that can be made
But there’s always a chance of starting over
Getting out of that comfort zone
And just making a new beginning
[Verse 1]
I’m not home
I’m here
Trying to find myself
In this world
It is hard
But I won’t be weak
I find it is strength that I should seek
Cause when the walls are crashing in
There’s no hiding place for me
Its time for me to make a stand
Not for anyone to see, I could careless
[Chorus]
This new beginning
Should define who I am
Not the things I wear or what I have
It’s what’s inside of me
This new beginning
I’m taking my first step
Into my own life
It’s time I stand on my two feet
[Verse 2]
I feel warm
Now that I’m safe
Moving through the tracks
In this life of hardship
But I’ll remain positive
Holding my head up high
Won’t fall, might cry
I hope that I survive
Its time for me to see the world surrounding me
And open the first door to reality
[Chorus]
This new beginning
Should define who I am
Not the things I wear or what I have
It’s what’s inside of me
This new beginning
I’m taking my first step
Into my own life
It’s time I stand on my two feet
