Poetry is My Art
Poetry is my thing man it seeps through my pores,
Some say my metaphors have opened new doors,
I tried to play the game of life but the game of life played me,
And now rap is all I have as far as I can see,
Living a life of fame is someday where I hope to be,
I hope one day that everybody knows thee,
I pray to be the best better than the rest,
This rap game has put me to the test,
I rap to get everything off of my chest,
When I spit I spit about my every move,
That I’m the best now that’s something I gotta prove,
Right now I got nothing going for me in life,
Except for music which I hope to make my future wife,
Being with the best will be my only strife,
My lyrics are like a knife they tear into your heart,
They can build you up or tear you apart,
Music is my kinda art,
I guess for being 16 this is a good start,
But I hope one day to see my music in every wal-mart across the country,
Already all the females want me,
I say it how I say it and I say it bluntly.
