'The really important people in life have a way of coming back to you'
'Good enough isn't good enough'
'You don't have to be sick to get better'
'Come what may and love it'

Once apon a time
There was a lost song
That was sung to children
When the nights were long
A soft melody to send them
To the land of fantasy
A lullaby to make them safe
A time to embrace ideas
Out of the realm of possibility

The story that was told
Was a tender harmony
Frozen forever in time
That was so comforting
A perfect hope of
Never ending love
So sing to me my lullaby

When I got older
I lost the sense of serenity
The song inside of me
Seemed to lose it peace
I forgot who I was
The road got rougher
My song began to fade
My heart grew colder
And filled with so much hate

The story that was told
Was a tender harmony
Frozen forever in time
That was so comforting
A perfect hope of
Never ending love
So sing to me my lullaby

The lost song inside of me
Has changed who I used to be
If I could only hear it again
Who would be the person
In the mirror I see?

The story that was told
Was a tender harmony
Frozen forever in time
That was so comforting
A perfect hope of
Never ending love
So sing to me my lullaby

Sing to me my lullaby
My tender harmony
A lost song
My soft melody
Sing my song to me
