The person that you'd take a bullet for is behind the trigger.
(song)
Miss Missing You - Fall Out Boy (:

Verse 1:
I already know
You're on your way home
Back to your mom, friends
This has finally reached its' end

Chorus:
I just want to tell you
Before you go
Life won't be the same
Without you
And I wanna feel what we used to have
But that's still gone and we both know that
We know it

Verse 2:
I just wanna have a proper goodbye
Water building up in my eyes
Doesn't change the way I feel
Still know the past is deep inside but covered by a shield
That's negative
And won't bring the past back

Chorus: x2

Bridge:
Try as I may
Still won't see the day
You realize what's at stake
And come back to me
Things can be the way they were
If only that could come true
Cause the pain in my chest keeps getting worse
Life won't be the same without you

Chorus: x1

Bridge: x1

End:
Life won't be the same with you gone
I've loved you so long
I know you loved me too
Now life won't be the same without you
I will miss you...

“You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose. You're on your own. And you know what you know. And YOU are the one who'll decide where to go...”
― Dr. Seuss, Oh, the Places You'll Go!

the kind of its you use in the first stanza is one that doesn't need an apostrophe- only the contraction of "it is" needs it :) This is pretty good. I would stick in some more images like allegories. My favorite verse is the second.
