Why I Wear Black
I wear black,
a lot of people have a problem with that, I take a lot of flack,
They don't know where I'm at,
Black is the only color for me,
It's what I wear every day,
It makes me feel strong and free,
People don't know what I've been through,
if they did they would be terrified,
No one knows the pain I've been through,
For a long time I have cried,
Black is the only color for me,
It is what I wear every day,
It makes me feel strong and free,
Darkness is where I shine,
The darkness fills me so much i can see in dark,
I like to be in state of mine,
I am the spark,
Black is the only color for me,
It is what I wear every day,
It makes me feel strong and free,
I try to blend in as i descend into the dark,
I am as deep as the night,
I hear a dog go "Grrrrr," with a bark,
I don't have a fright,
Black is the only color for me,
It is what I wear every day,
It makes me feel strong and free,
I wear Black to remember pain,
It makes me feel dread dark dead,
I like to walk through the rain,
Just like I said...
Black is the only color for me,
It's what I wear every day,
It makes me feel strong and free.
