WASN'T ENOUGH

March 12, 2016

Long long wounds of meaders

With numerous rapids of wonders

Disallows me to cast my net

And fish the fish for my pet

Should I use the traditional method?

Yet I want to catch the pod

It was against my calture

But I chose to take this golden juncture

Coiled round and round to bound

And I took hold of my javelline brand

Ready to take aim at my fish

But you regulated my wish

I prepared to take a second throw

But you made your tiredness grow

Although it was my first lough

But kindly wasn't enough

am furechi samuel simply from KENYA. in Africa. but i love writing poems sooo much. and this one is a mature poem though somehow ambigous, only mature minds can be able to comprehend what it is all about... terms like javeline brand, secend throw,, fish and others have a deeper meaning. all readers enjoy it and try to unveil the secret embeded in it.

  GOOD LUCK
