Nights
Shall I come to thou own mind in my bed
Nevertheless have I slept without thee love
Sleepless nights upon I as thou in thy head
Where I lost thy creature as thou a dove
Tail-wagging reminiscents in thy mind
The house without barks silent as a creek
The Carmel couch clean as cashmere confined
Without thou’s hair making tears down my cheek
Love always lies in thy past so deeply
Haunting our hearts with force strong as steel
Tugging on thou love’s memories weekly
Thy hurting of my head is not ideal
So as long as thou’s love sits in my head
So I will have sleepless nights in my bed
