Basketball Sonnet
Playing basketball never gets old
Playing the game Monday through Sunday
Making shots is key,
Turning the ball over stings like a bee.
Sprinting up and down the court trying to score
Playing defense as a core
Having a great time and laughing with your friends
Can quickly turn into arguing and fighting.
At the end of the day, we all have fun
Playing the sport that we love,
Dunking the ball like LeBron
And hitting stepback 3s like Curry.
Basketball is a really fantastic sport to play
A game I could play every day!
