Love is strange and has boundaries
It does mean saying your sorry
And asking forgiveness from another person
And putting your heart on the line just for it to break

But, it can also be magical and life changing
It means there will always be someone there to fall back on.
Someone you can call in need or despair
Or in happy and sad times.
Someone to try and protect you
Even if they can’t.

Love can do all these things and more
If you open up and let it in,
It can change your life
For better or for worse.
