almost gone

i feel the chemicals seeping through my veins.
i feel the pain, my own mental chains.
its lasting too long.this fear is too much.
and still i wont cry.
its my emotional crutch.
will i be missed?
i really dont care.
i know it wont matter when im floating through air.
the pain slowly heightens.
yet still so surreal.
so i just sit in silence.
unsure of what to feel.
