“I Do Not Want To Write This Rhyme”
I do not want to write this rhyme today
I am exhausted, sleepy, and tired
Right now I wish I could go to the bay
I could go to sleep and not be expired
I do not want to be at school right now
I get too many tests and quizzes here
These rhymes are killing me right now somehow
I must go to school and not drop midyear
If only, if only there was no stress
Then I could live in high school with some peace
Going to school is like a game of chess
This is so hard please help to make it cease
Right now I’m done and just about complete
Can I go back home now cause I am beat!
