My Favorite Thing
Of all the wondrous things in life, it seems
So difficult to pick a single one.
Creation holds the grandeur of all dreams
Though nothing new exists under the sun
There are so many joys throughout the earth
And countless features make our lives here grand
So tell me how to name a sunset's worth
Or pick a favorite single grain of sand
The miracles, too many here to name
Like love, and joy, and music, even sight
"The greatest" is a title naught can claim
Of all the things that bring our lives delight
With all these wonders found beneath the sun
Do tell me how to pick a single one
