Our History
December 13, 2010
I will leave behind our history.
For it has always been a mystery.
There is somewhere that we've got to go.
But how to get there we don't know.
We no longer want to be blind.
This we've made up in our mind.
We must know our culture in all ways.
That it may guide us through our days.
This horrible mindset we must beat it.
But our ignorance makes us repeat it.
Knowledge will empower.
Ignorance will enslave.
Knowledge is the only thing that can save.
So know your history,know it well.
So that in your proud history you may dwell.
