Your Humble Undertaker
It's so nice to see you, my lovely,
As I draw back the white sheet.
That veil that covers each sweet
Wound upon your body.
My job to cover each mark, so bloody.
My desire to cheat
And not make neat
Those marks I think reflect beauty.
Yet each time my knife descends
I do that job of cleaning,
Far better than any mere dabbler.
Welcome to my shop, friends,
Where both the dead and alive are laughing
With me, your humble Undertaker.
