Hours at the Beach
I wake up and go to watch the sunrise
Seeing the sun rise above the ocean
Being able to watch is a huge prize
The blue waves are so big in their motion
I look down and see all the pretty shells
As I walk my feet leave prints in the sand
Looking in the distance I see big swells
I see sand crabs and get one with my hand
The ocean is such a beautiful blue
I feel the grains of sand between my feet
But sand makes a mess, I already knew
The sun starts to leave so I take a seat
A cat comes near me that I start to pet
It was beautiful watching the sunset
