The wrestling season starts in November
When discipline and eating habits change
Practice soon gets challenging and harder
Practice is when we are in a harsh pain
Inter-ac title is what we achieved
Haverford is the team we will defeat
National prep champions, we believed
Germantown academy we soon beat
National Preps at Lehigh, soon to come
If we beat Sem we will be champions
After prep nationals we will be done
With pins, the team I will be carrying
After all said and done, we are the number one
The success of Malvern has just begun
