But...She’s a girl
“But...She’s a girl” by Jackie Kovalcin. Overall I felt while reading the story i felt Inspired and upset. I felt inspired because “she was the only girl player in the room,” I’m inspired because she made the shot when everyone thought “I couldn’t make the shot as well as a guy.” Upset because they ignored her and she felt angry and said “I was enraged by the way they ignored me.” Overall the only reason she got to show her worth was because “Out of desperation, passed me the ball.” Finally in the end her teammates treat her equal. Overall this is a very nice story.
