Wonder
Wonderby R. J. Palacio is a realistic fiction book. In the realistic fiction book,
Wonder is about a ten yearold boy named Auggie. Auggie was a born with a facial deformity which made it hard or very difficult for him to connect with people and make friends. Auggie was homeschooled all of his life until 5th grade. My favorite part of the book was when he went into a new school. This was my favorite part because he knew that it would be hard from him but he had enough courge that he wanted to try it out. I can connect this to my own personal life because I remember when I was younger I was really shy, and was scared of making new friends when I came to a new school. If you like books about hardships, and courage you would love this book Wonder by R. J. Palacio.
