All The Bright Places is about a story of two high schoolers, Theodore Finch and Violet Markey. Finch, who was already on the edge of the school's tower, saw that someone else had climbed to the edge. He was surprised by who he saw, a pretty girl behind those ugly glasses, popular, and dates guys like Ryan Cross, the school's Baseball Star. It was Violet Markey. After that tower incident most people think Violet saved Finch but really who saved who. They were partnered to work together on a school project to learn more about their hometown, Indiana, they are having at least three wanders. During the times together they both learn more about each other and even fall for one another but it's not all bright.

I loved this book because when the author wrote about the characters and the settings it was like you got to know the characters individually and she described the settings and events so well that you could almost visualize it.  Violet, who was in an accident and lost her sister due to that accident, was afraid to do anything. Finch, who is just unpredictable, lives his life and does what he wants. Others see him as a “freak” because he isn't like other kids and he does crazy things. He also has a mental disorder, he's bipolar. Something Violet never knew.  Finch helped her overcome her fears and taught her how to live. She had just started living while he intended to stop.

Reading this book can make you feel emotions because reading about someone's life and things that happen to the characters makes you realize that things like this happen in reality. Some people experience a loss or accident and are haunted by it, it could even make you feel afraid to do anything. I feel like high schoolers or just anyone who experienced or are experiencing what these characters have been through and they feel like no one could understand them, this book would be a great understanding to you and help you realize that you're not alone.

The message of the book is knowing that you could change someone's life and help them. This is a great book. Before reading this book I would like to mention that the book mentions suicide. I recommend this book if you love reading Young Adult Fiction and the start of an epic love story.
