A Los Angeles policeman named John Drummond tries to crack a 20-year-old case that has stumped even the best of policemen. There have been bodies drained of blood all over the country and in Canada. All the bodies have Nazi tattoos underneath the arm. Are they connected?
Scott MacMillan’s character Detective John Drummond has the swagger of any police like hero, but something is different, he has this go get attitude. Detective Drummond goes all the way to Germany to solve this case thinking nothing is there for him. Little does he know the case is closer than it has ever been before?
The Knights of the Blood have actual events in history, such as there was a group of Christian Knights. This book has great detail. Scott MacMillan describes the city of each place in every time period as if he were there himself.
Overall, I would recommend this book to any mystery or historical fiction reader. Once I started reading I could not put this book down.
I give this book four stars. It was a very interesting book. It gave great detail of what was going on in the mind of Detective Drummond.
