Dork Diaries by Rachel Renee Russell
DORK DIARIES
Who would think Middle School would be so hard? Well, for Nikki Maxwell it was a nightmare. Nikki is trying to survive Middle School. And her enemy Mackenzie is making it hard for her, because she humiliates her in front of everyone. And her best friends help her. It also talks about how her little sister Brianna annoys her all the time and never leaves her alone. But the good part is that her crush Brandon is not mean other like other people.
But I think this book is just fabulous. It has extraordinary characters. Like, Chloe, Zoe, Brandon (`Nikki’s secret crush) last but not least Nikki Maxwell. Nikki Maxwell is an outstanding character. Chloe and Zoe are Nikki’s best friends, and they are also excellent characters.
This book is also like Diary of a wimpy kid. Because there both about two people who don’t fit at school and they both have diary.
To me, it was a marvelous experience to read this fabulous book. Especially because I love the characters. Personally I think the message of this book is to be you. Like what they say: “you can shine no matter what your made of”. And Nikki Maxwell was always herself.
I recommend this book to all the girls. And I would give it five stars.
(This book is by Rachel Renee Russell. This book has also won the NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLERS
