The Outsiders by S.E Hinton
The Outsiders is based on Pony boy Curtis, his friends, and the rest of his family. The boys and girls in The Outsiders go through many problems some big, and some small; but it seems like no matter what happens they always stick together. The Socs are popular, rich kids unlike the Greasers who are neither popular nor rich. This book of 180 pages is a very good book to read alone or in a group.
To me this book deserves fiver stars. The dialog is great; the main characters tug on your heart stings. Even if you don’t like stories that play with your heart, you will still love this book. The boys and girls in this story seem so real; the events seem just as real. I highly recommend reading this creative but yet realistic story.
