Negima Magister Negi Magi review

Negima Magister Negi Magi is a book about a 10 year old genius named Negi. He is a wizard that for his final test is sent to Japan to teach English. The main characters are Negi Springfield, he is wanting to become a magister magi, a mage that helps the world with his magic. Asuna Kagurazaka, a junior high student with a bit of a temper, she is with Negi most of the time. There is Setsuna Sakurazaki and Konoka Konoe. Setsuna is a swordswomen that uses her sword skill to protect Konoka. Konoka is the granddaughter of the head master of the school they attend. She also has lots of magic but doesn’t know how to use it correctly. She is also friends with Setsuna and Asuna.

Negi and his partners use their magic and the skills they already have to fight against multiple enemies throughout the story. Some of the enemies that Negi and Asuna fight are Evangeline and Chachamaru. They are partners that fight against Negi. Evangeline is a Pure blood vampire and also a evil wizard. Chachamaru is a robot that has a contract with Evangeline. Negi tries so hard because he wants to catch up to his father who is the most powerful wizard in the story. Negi is looking for him so he can learn more about him. Negi”s father disappeared before Negi could know him. He has been looking for him so that he can know how his father really was and so he can finally meet his father.
The story of Negima is a good one so that when I was reading it I got totally absorbed in the story. The book is a Graphic Novel so it isn’t hard to read and the action scenes in it are amazing. Some people may think it's just another magician story but those people are wrong. This story has parts that you may not expect, beautiful illustration and a fantastic story. You can see how Negi and the characters around him grow as the story progresses. In the story even small characters get a part in the book and they get some background and get to show some of their contributions to the story.
