ICarly
I have to admit-at first I was skeptical. I had seen Miranda Cosgrove on Drake and Josh and in my opinion she was just plain horrible. The role just didn't seem to fit her.
When I sat down I was impressed. Miranda portrayed Carly a girl who lives with her weird but cool brother Spencer (expertly portrayed by Jerry Trainor) and her friends Sam and Freddie (Nathan Kress and Jennette McCurdy) helped her create a web show called ICarly. (By the way the site is great!)
Miranda knows how to throw funny jokes around and get the audience to laugh. Comedy suits her very well. Sam is violent and always beats Freddie up but manages to make people laugh as well which has been a pretty old joke also seen on the show Tom and Jerry. Freddie can stand on his own but he doesn't seem to be as funny. In fact, it seems like a letdown. Still though he is a loveable nerd as Sam would say.
With ICarly getting in tons of trouble (creating an illegal generator), crazy fans, an 11 year-old out for revenge, ICarly is a show that you should get excited about!
With only a few bad episodes were things seem to go slowly and a couple jokes are repeated over and over again. ICarly Rules!
