Learning to Write
My teacher assigns a piece for Teen Ink. Nobody is happy.
Why would he force us to write? Life is busy. But even though all procrastinate, eventually the very first letter is written. I found I could actually write. Through writing, I learned that I could actually like the process. I could actually like writing.
Through writing, I found that I could express my ideas and feelings. I never knew I could do this so easily.
Now, I thank that teacher who forced us to write. He showed me a whole new area in my world that I never knew existed. Thank you for showing me to love, how to be loved, and how to share my feelings.
Thank you for showing me the world.
