Sacrifices
it even worth sacrificing your time, money, energy ? Have you ever done something like
that for someone? Has someone ever done that for you ? Have you ever notice what people do
for you. There is different types of sacrifices. There is value in making sacrifices. There is
always a right and wrong time to make sacrifices. Also an when and where to do them.
The different kinds of sacrifices. Some examples of sacrifice are time, money, energy.
Time is one of the common sacrifice, people give up their time to volunteer or help others.
Another example is money, some people sacrifice the money they have to donate for charities
or those in need. The last sacrifice is energy, some decide to put their own things apart so that
they can help others instead of using their energy in hat their needs are.
Making sacrifices for others can mean more to them than to you. Giving up your money
can make you feel better but not just you but you never know how much you could be helping
others. Same thing happens when you give up your time, giving up your time for others such as
volunteering can help you and others in many many different ways. So is giving up your energy
even if its just giving out a couple hours to comfort someone.
Have you ever asked yourself “ Am i willing to sacrifice my time for others ? “ A sacrifice
i've made for other is giving up my time to take care of my little sister. My parents would work
throughout the day so i would go home right after school and my grandma would leave to work
and i would stay with my sister alone.
That taught me how to be more responsible. I got to learn that little kids need a lot of
attention. It gets you thinking of when you were little you were like them. If you had the same
thoughts they do. Not all kids are the same but it gives you an idea of how much work it takes to
take care of kids.
