My Hatred for Hand Sewing
Dear hand sewing,
I have had enough of you
Maybe it’s because I have no clue
But I am tired of you
Your complicated knots make me mad
And your tangles make me want to burst until I am sad
I have plenty of things to fix
Shoes, jackets, and pants are just a few
But of course, that’s your cue!
Why can’t I use my trusty machine?
Instead, I have to use you and your mean!
Someday you might be useful to me
But for now, I will use my sewing machine!
