Dream Of Winter
The snowflakes falling down
are prettier than I could ever be,
and the angel's imprints in the snow
are much more graceful than me.
But tell me you love me,
and I'll believe you.
Lean over and kiss me,
and I'll forget to think.
My hair could change colors with the seasons,
But you tell me you wouldn't care a bit,
and my heart could change moods in a moment,
but you just wait and take the hits.
You love me for my words and my music,
and that's all I need to hear.
That you love me at all,
Is all I need you to swear.
Tell me you love me, because it's true,
and I'll tell you the same, because my soul wants me to.
