Deep Inside, Who I want to be
Deep inside I see it…the person I could be,
My place in society is like a slap in the face,
Now I test the waters to truly find me,
Guessing from the covered path I see destiny,
She runs away from me and then I know,
It’s not their choice to pick a path,
Shove me into a group that’s not meant for me,
No one has the right to come up and say these things,
To tell me I am who I’m not,
Or that I’m not who I am,
Sticking to letters and numbers and clicks that have no meaning,
Acting like your better than another,
To be who you are without complaint is what you wish,
Yet there is no sanity,
Deep inside I see it…and I become who I want to be.
