How did he seduce all those young girls?
the answer, I've found, lies in his curls.
Not in his fading style, his fading wit,
his fading intelligence or lack of it
not in the way one hit's never enough,
and how, one day, he'll end up cuffed
not how he barely manages to stay afloat
but next time, who knows if he'll catch the boat?
wihtout his curls, what will we see?
a sick, demented mockery of what used to be.
It'll be clear as the crystal he's on
that his tangles, like the rest of him, are gone
