burn me dry
All’s a I hear is a echo
It imitates your voice
Mocking my senses shut
How’d we end up so reluctant
So abrupt to chaotic views of things once simple
I hate the noise that freezes my blood in place
Hiding from you is like finding a diamond on the street
I can see the transparency in these words you send
That’s why they are never returned to you
I once wished on silly superstitions
Now im begging for any soul who’d listen
You’re absence is gut turning
Through my bones I feel them burning
It’s a mystery how I haven’t disintegrated
All those years I’ve hated
When your shame turns to hate
Its only a death sentence you wait.
