The Night Flower
I often lay on rooftops
Disect the pale white moon
I let my mind drift far away
In the hour that mirrors noon
I swear for love, for god, for truth
Her hand is what I feel
I turn my head and there I see
My dream is something real
We lay and laugh for hours there
I find comfort in her eyes
She reminds me of a flowers bloom
Severing her earthly ties
I lift her heart and breath her breath
Our hearts together twirled
Sometimes I think a flower here
Can outweigh all the world.

I really like it. It's different but sweet. The rhyming isn't forced but helps with the flow. Nicely done.
Check out my work if you ever get the chance!
