Web of Lies
You said you loved me.
I guess that was a lie.
You said it was forever.
Then you said goodbye.
You left me here,
Speechless and broken.
My heart is torn.
My pain awoken.
You never meant
Anything you said.
You strung your lies
With silver thread.
You weaved your web.
You caught your fly.
You left me mangled
And watched me die.
Your lies weave a web
That you'll never untangle.
You weave it bigger
But soon you'll get mangled.
