Stereotypical Body Image
Fat
Chubby
Certainly overweight
Everytime I see a mirror
This is what I
feel
Being a teen
and
being told
You need to lose weight
you need to start exercising
Those comments take a
toll
on
you
Your body becomes
unhealthy
Then
you hear the comments
You need to eat something
Put a little weight on
People are never happy
Never satisfied
They thiunk they can
tell
you
what to do
when
instead
they shouldn't
speak
at all.

I know that I have had people tell me this and it really has started to take a toll on my body. I'm tired of people thinking that they know what they are talking about when they should be worried about themselves instead of someone else.
