Bear
Bear, my dog since I was three
We grew up together and loved each other
It was only 2 weeks from christmas
when i said goodbye for the last time
I knew he would be better after it was over
but that doesn't mean it wont hurt to see
he was a good dog to me
We played basketball when i was younger
throughout the summer
And when he had slipped away
I knew he was going to be okay
He was sick and unwell
so letting go was all we could do
We didnt want him to suffer
When we came back the house felt empty
too quiet, he wasnt there
He had lived a long, happy life
But at the end of the day
We will still remember
Our dog who died in December

This is dedicated to my dog, whom died about a week ago. He wasn't going to recover so we brought him in to the vets to have him euthanized. it was very emotional but it had to happen, however we will be getting his ashes in a couple weeks. Miss you bear <3
