A flick of the hand
A tilt of the staff
A mutter of words
And a spell is born
It wraps around trees
It flies through the night
It hangs around you
As it lights up me
The spell is thinking
The spell is searching
The spell will not find
Because the spell is broken
Not broken because of me
Not broken because of you
Not broken to the point where it’s evil
But broken to the point where it’s mischievous
A shattering of glass
A slamming of doors
A breaking of toys
And mischief the spell is born
