Tranquility
To escape their presence I must run
Run till the sun disappears
Run till there's none
To a place where there is no war
Where there is no fighting
A place of pure peace that no one can reach
The trees and bushes, budding
Concrete path jutting out enough to walk
Spring has begone the dirt flooding
With nature beginning to talk
You are safe
This is the peace I long for
The calm after the storm
This is tranquility
