Where am I from?
Where am I from?
I am from a childish cartoon,
What I remember is not only the plot, but also the laughter of my family.
I am from the vegetables that my family planted in our courtyard,
Every harvest represents the care and hard work of my parents and I.
I am from crayons and paper,
All my crayon paintings are accompanied with encouragement from my family.
I am from the food which is made by my parents and grandparents,
That is my biggest expectation after school.
I am from The scene photographed by the camera,
With the camera, I can record those beautiful and transient things.
I am from the clay that has been shaped.
My dirty hands can always use these seemingly useless clay to make a work of art.
I am from dirty palette and brush,
With their help, I drew many paintings full of my weird, but creative ideas.
I am from melody and lyrics,
Different songs composed of melody and lyrics can always relieve my pressure.
I am from a lamp that is still turned on in the midnight,
Under the light, I am still studying hard.
I am from a fully Annotated textbook,
The annotations reveal my efforts and determination to study hard.
I am from a cup refreshing coffee,
From many challenging math problems, and complex literature which is hard to understand.
I am a plant,
The good memories of my family, the arts, and my efforts are like fertilizer to help me grow.
Where am I from?
I am from the ground named “life”.
