Who's to blame.
God it you have a second can we speak.
Sorry if I accidently scream.
But what’s happening,
To this world.
That it came down to this.
To this way or that way.
God if I may ask,
Who is to blame?
Who is responsible for when our world falls in to pieces?
And who is there to support us when we really need it.
2,976 people.
No please let me repeat.
2,976 people, you took in 9-11.
Did you really have too much space,
that you needed all of them in heaven?
What it is 4 or 5 blood years,
And we’re still in Iraq.
God you better make sure if my uncle goes in,
He better come back.
Who is to blame?
When economy is so bad,
Women have to sell their bodies.
When no young teen can’t get no job,
So they some drugs on the streets.
This world today,
What has it come down to?
That you got this girl getting made front of,
Because she a crack baby.
Some older guys rob an old lady.
When you hear about another drive by,
People are not surprised.
Another news story about five teenagers died.
Who’s to blame?
When family is slip by colors.
You got brother against brother.
When fist fly down and guns rise up.
When loud voices, goes silent
When the cops ask them to speak up.
When the rules of society,
Is not the same as the rules on the street?
And constantly young teens run from the police.
Juvenile that’s what they’re called.
When the put behind bars.
But when they are finally old enough,
The court hits them hard.
Who is to blame!
Who is it!
When you lose a family member by the barrel of a gun,
And another parent loses their daughter because she thought drinking and driving was fun.
Every five minutes another girl is raped.
Every ten minutes another child predator escapes.
A gas station was robbed again.
Clerk refused to give up the money,
So the guy shot him in the head.
Call in about a suicide that was done the same way.
God tell me what is this world coming to today.
Who is to blame?
When kids have to live in fear,
Every time they step out the house.
And for the kids who can’t celebrate mother or father’s day,
Because either mommy or daddy isn’t around,
Who the hell is to blame!
When we’re judge by size, color, race,
Who is to blame!
We,
The people are to blame.
Because god may have made it,
But this is our place.
To live, to be free, to do as we choose.
So when problems come around.
Remember which way you look.
To find an scapegoat to undertake.
Because we the people are always the one’s to blame.
