Motionless
I close my eyes and i see your face
it leaves my heart in a fast beat pace
your lips touch mine and I forget to breathe
cold chills sprint through my head to my feet
my brain can't function as your skin reaches near
butterflies thunder and I can no longer hear
no one can compare to your lucious scent
that leaves my insides twisted and bent
your smile so warm it defeats the sun
that leaves me frozen and utterly stunned
our energy thirsts for the other one's side
like the moon craves an ocean's deep strong tides
your promises sail through your bush green eyes
as i stare with hope they don't sink in lies
leaves change colors and the seasons tend to fade
but my life-long desire is for our love to remain.
