Nothing is forever
The flame of a candle
Dancing in the wind
A single ray of sun
On a cloudy afternoon
They are all gone too soon
Everything is under siege
The amazing dancer
Who everyone wants to be
Who is beautiful
And perfect
And is now forever free
Remember the candle
Dancing in the wind
So tortured and violated
Of which so many hated
And this candle
That burned twice as bright
Burned half as long
This candle that we loved to see
Was named Michael
And now he’ s free
