Eclipse
we're like an eclipse,
we are together for but a moment in the space of time,
the time it takes a single tear drop to fall,
but in the moment,
millions stop to stare at our happy reunion,
the lonliness and pain coming to a brief end,
watching as we celebrate and come to be as one,
and then its finished,
and we go our seperate ways,
always seperated by a world,
and the world continues on like any other day,
our brief reunion forged in their minds,
just fond, pain filled memories.
that lived, but let die.
